My stay here was very nice. The staff was accommodating. The room was updated. The breakfast had a good choice of food. The property's location was favorable and magnificent. I found a nice McDonald's by accident, not too far from the hotel.

Particularly good location and clean facilities. Newly remodelled neat room with jacuzzi tub. Fast check in and efficient check out.

The location here was fantastic! It was super convenient, just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our double room had a comfy king bed, a microwave, and really cozy pillows. 😊

My bed was very comfy. Early check-in in their light-filled lobby. Great service. Nice to get ironing free of charge. The staff were amicable and efficient. The location was magnificent, equal to other Holiday Inn Express properties. 

Very nice hotel, would recomend this to anyone. Location was close to Skyline drive.

I would recommend staying here to anyone, as I found nothing to complain about with the updated double room featuring soft pillows and a nice bathroom.

Close to I81

Not told that the facility was under construction! The guy at the counter was a poor representative of a holiday in employee as I have stayed at a lot of them, messy and unprofessional! First, I had a sweet with no chairs or pictures on the wall, like a $120 jail cell! Second, signs said construction times were 9-6 , I had to contact the front desk at 7 as they were still making loud noises and working after 7! Next my 7:30 impact gun wake up call! No even near 9am! I should have been told prior to booking that the hotel was under construction! And last, the breakfast area was very dusty from construction! No one vacuumed after the contractors left at 7:30 pm and the halls were dusty and all the stainless was covered with dust!

Updated rooms. Excellent friendly staff from the front desk to the housekeepers.

The setting is FAVOURABLE and comfortable, close to National Parks across the country, the mountains and the common areas. There's a lot of restaurants to choose from, like Granny's Pancake Cottage, located within 10 minutes walk 

The location was great, close to National Parks, a flea market, and a theater in Stephens City. The hotel rooms were modern and updated, with comfortable double beds and soft pillows.

Staff very friendly

Had a room with leaky air conditioner but staff moved us to another room it was just in inconvenient after a long day on the road
